I was asked to pull forward from the drive thru window to wait for my food, I mentioned that there was no other cars in line behind me, but they insisted I pull forward. When I asked why, I was told it was because it was over the time allowed for drive thru customers and they get in trouble for taking too long. Well, I didn't get my food any faster or slower dependant on where I parked so what's the point? Perhaps the upper management needs to take the time to properly train it's staff to perform within the guidelines and they wouldn't be forced to circumvent the whole system.November 18, 2016
